Delivery & Tracking

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the same day; orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be processed the next working day.

Please note that orders may experience longer processing times during holiday or campaign periods.

What are the delivery options available?

You may opt for delivery or self-collection.
All deliveries will be handled by our delivery partner, NinjaVan. Please select the Delivery option at the checkout page.
For self-collection at our office, please select the Self-Collect option at the checkout page. 

Do you ship overseas?

We do not currently ship orders out of Singapore. If you require further information, please email us at sales@enso-lifestyle.com.

How much is the delivery fee?

We have a standard local delivery fee of $4.99. Free local delivery is available for orders of a minimum value of $60*.

*After discounts and excluding delivery fee.

When will my order be shipped out?

We will usually hand your order over to our delivery partner within 2 working days after it has been processed.

Please note that orders may experience longer handover times during holiday or campaign periods.

How long will the delivery take?

Our delivery partner will usually take 1 to 3 working days upon handover to send your order to you.

Please note that orders may experience longer delivery times during holiday or campaign periods.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please sign in to your account and check the order status at the Order History.

If your order has already been shipped out, you may track your parcel here.

Can I change the delivery address?

Kindly write to us at sales@enso-lifestyle.com if you need to change the delivery address. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us (available Mon – Fri, 10am – 5:30pm, excluding PH). Please include the following details in your email/message:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your order ID
  • New delivery address

Please take note that we are unable to change the delivery address if your order has already been handed over to our delivery partner.

Can I request a specific date and time for my order to be delivered?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to schedule a date and time for delivery. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we suggest opting for self-collection from our office.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

In the event of a failed delivery, our delivery partner will either attempt a redelivery on the next working day or contact you to schedule a redelivery.

Please note that your order will be returned to our warehouse after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts.

I have not received my order even though it has been more than 3 working days since handover to the delivery partner.

Kindly write in to us at sales@enso-lifestyle.com if your order has not arrived 3 working days after it has been handed over to our delivery partner. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us (available Mon – Fri, 10am – 5:30pm, excluding PH).

I was notified that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Kindly write to us at sales@enso-lifestyle.com and we will assist to resolve this issue with our delivery partner. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us (available Mon – Fri, 10am – 5:30pm, excluding PH).

When will my order be ready for self-collection?

We will notify you via email when your order is ready for self-collection.

I selected self-collection at checkout, but would like to change to delivery instead.

Kindly write to us at sales@enso-lifestyle.com if you need your order to be delivered instead. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us (available Mon – Fri, 10am – 5:30pm, excluding PH).
