Return & Exchange

Looking to exchange or return an item you purchased from us? Our team is available to assist you through this process. We offer flexible returns & exchanges for items, as per the conditions below.

 

General

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchanges and returns, unless there is a product defect.
  • Product exchange requests are subject to stock availability of the new item. Our team will advise you accordingly once you have submitted your request.
  • All refunds for product returns will be given to you in Enso Cash, as store credit for you to use on your next order with us.
  • No exchanges or returns are accepted for wearable items, such as apparel, socks, and supporters, for hygiene reasons.
  • All items exchanged/returned should remain in their original packaging, with tags (if any) and plastic wrapping (if any) intact. Items with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

 

Reasons for exchanges/returns

  • Change of mind – exchanges/returns within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, subject to the above conditions
  • Incorrect size – exchanges/returns within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, subject to the above conditions
  • Defective/damaged product – exchanges/returns within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase, subject to the above conditions

  • Full picture of the item you wish to exchange/return

  • (For defective/damaged items) Close-up picture of defect/damaged area
  • Pictures of item packaging and parcel packaging
