Please note that we try to process all orders as quickly as possible, and your order may already be on its way to you when we receive your request. In this case, we will coordinate with you on an exchange or refund, depending on your needs. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability, and all refunds will be in the form of Enso Cash for your use on your next purchase at our store.
